Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

To which countries do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

How can I enter the discount code?

You can enter your discount code during the payment process at checkout.

I have ordered and would like to cancel?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is already on its way, unfortunately, we can't change anything—but we'll do our best.

Can I combine campaigns?

No, it's not possible to combine campaigns. Please choose the option that's most convenient for you and take advantage of the respective promotions.

30°C, gentle cycle, inside out. Please also check the care label.

What happens if the payment process fails?

Can I return boxer shorts or other underwear?

No, unfortunately, you cannot return underwear, including boxer shorts, for hygiene reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience, as we always want to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Please ensure you select the correct size and color before completing your order.
