Overview
-For orders within Germany €3.95
- For orders within the EU the shipping costs are €9.95 (excluding Switzerland and England)
- Free returns within Germany for exchanges or returns
- 2-5 days delivery time
- 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order
- Customer service Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Shipping Details
- All orders are delivered from Germany
-Orders from Germany are delivered by DHL within 2-5 days (depending on DHL traffic). -
- Shipment to Switzerland:
As part of our service, we would like to point out that customs fees may apply for orders shipped to Switzerland. These fees are set and collected by the Swiss customs authorities and are beyond our control. We are aware that unexpected customs charges may cause inconvenience and we deeply regret this. To ensure that you are well informed, we recommend that you find out about the applicable customs regulations in advance.
- Shipment to England:
Due to changes in customs regulations, we would like to inform our customers from England that the prices shown on our website are initially exclusive of VAT. This is to make possible additional customs fees more transparent. We understand that this represents a change and would like to reassure our UK customers that we are committed to providing them with a smooth and transparent shopping experience. We are internally exploring the possibility of making this adjustment to ensure our UK customers are clearly informed of the total costs.

Order and shipping processing
Your order will be processed within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and provided for shipping. After ordered order, you will receive an order confirmation from us and as soon as your order has been sent, you will also receive a shipping confirmation including tracking code so that you can track your programs. So you know exactly where and when your order arrives.
Returns
You can send them back for a fee within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want an exchange, we will provide a free return label at your request (the costs for Switzerland depend on the order).
We kindly ask you to make sure that the returned goods are in good state of origin so that they can resold. We cannot accept damaged, worn or washed goods. The reimbursement takes place after processing your return.
Important Note: No exchanges for orders from Switzerland and England.
Due to new legal regulations and logistical challenges, we are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for orders from Switzerland and England. However, returns are still possible at the customer's own expense.
For our customers outside Germany:
We would like to point out that our free shipping offers as well as free returns or exchanges only apply to deliveries within Germany. Please understand that we cannot provide free return labels outside of Germany.
